You must not share your username or password with any third party. juta8 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where such access arose from your failure to keep credentials secure. juta8 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, direct bank transfer, and USDT. Available methods may vary from time to time at juta8's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
Deposits are credited to the Member Wallet in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. juta8 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which juta8 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within 15 minutes of approval. Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. juta8 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding prescribed thresholds in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
